Noida International Airport (NIA) has partnered with The ePlane Company to develop an air taxi ecosystem, with operations slated to begin next year. The collaboration will focus on airport-to-airport transfers, city commutes, and emergency air ambulance services. Both entities will work on regulatory procedures, vertiport management, and operational frameworks for ePlane's e200X aircraft. NIA will provide space for trials and infrastructure, while ePlane will handle regulatory clearances and prototype development. This initiative aims to integrate advanced air mobility into the region's infrastructure.
