Biocon Electric Files Draft Papers With Sebi For IPO

Electrical products maker Biocon Electric has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with Sebi for an initial public offering of up to 59,00,000 equity shares. The proposed offer includes a fresh issue of up to 48,00,000 shares and an offer for sale of up to 11,00,000 shares by promoter-selling shareholders. The company plans to list its shares on the BSE and NSE. Proceeds from the fresh issue will primarily fund working capital requirements, estimated at Rs 6,257.45 lakh, with the balance for general corporate purposes.

इलेक्ट्रिकल उत्पाद बनाने वाली कंपनी बायोकॉन इलेक्ट्रिक ने 59,00,000 इक्विटी शेयरों तक के आरंभिक सार्वजनिक प्रस्ताव (आईपीओ) के लिए सेबी के पास अपना ड्राफ्ट रेड हेरिंग प्रॉस्पेक्टस दाखिल किया है। प्रस्तावित प्रस्ताव में 48,00,000 शेयरों तक का फ्रेश इश्यू और प्रमोटर-सेलिंग शेयरधारकों द्वारा 11,00,000 शेयरों तक का ऑफर फॉर सेल शामिल है। कंपनी अपनी शेयरें बीएसई और एनएसई पर सूचीबद्ध करने की योजना बना रही है। फ्रेश इश्यू से प्राप्त राशि का उपयोग मुख्य रूप से कार्यशील पूंजी की जरूरतों को पूरा करने के लिए किया जाएगा, जिसका अनुमान 6,257.45 लाख रुपये है, और शेष राशि का उपयोग सामान्य कॉर्पोरेट उद्देश्यों के लिए किया जाएगा।
