Kolte-Patil Developers Records Record Sales Despite Softening Housing Demand

Pune-based Kolte-Patil Developers Limited (KPDL) achieved record quarterly and half-yearly sales for Q2 and H1 FY27, despite a general slowdown in the housing market. The company reported quarterly sales of Rs 1,019 crore, a 52% year-on-year increase, and H1 FY27 sales reached Rs 1,636 crore, up 27%. Collections also saw significant growth, rising 33% year-on-year to Rs 795 crore in Q2 FY27. The developer attributed its strong performance to successful project launches and sustained sales across its portfolio, highlighting the resilience of its business model.
