Tamil Nadu RERA Authority Superseded For Six Months

The Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has been superseded by the state government for six months due to its inability to perform statutory functions. Retired IAS officer K Phanindra Reddy has been appointed as the interim chairperson of a new panel. This panel will oversee RERA's duties until a new authority is reconstituted.

तमिलनाडु सरकार ने रियल एस्टेट रेगुलेटरी अथॉरिटी (RERA) को छह महीने के लिए अपने काम ठीक से न कर पाने के कारण अपने हाथ में ले लिया है। अब एक नए पैनल का गठन किया गया है, जिसके अंतरिम अध्यक्ष रिटायर्ड IAS अधिकारी के फणींद्र रेड्डी होंगे। यह पैनल नई अथॉरिटी बनने तक RERA के सारे काम देखेगा।
