अगरतला में नदी का जलस्तर बढ़ने से बाढ़

अगरतला के कई इलाकों में, खासकर चंद्रपुर-बलदखल में, नदी का जलस्तर बढ़ने से बाढ़ आ गई है। शनिवार रात को लोगों को अपना घर छोड़कर ज़रूरी सामान लेकर सुरक्षित जगहों पर जाना पड़ा। पानी बढ़ने से काफी दिक्कतें हो रही हैं, इसलिए लोगों की सुरक्षा के लिए तुरंत वहां से निकलने के इंतज़ाम किए गए हैं। यह दिखाता है कि शहरी इलाके अचानक आने वाली बाढ़ के प्रति कितने असुरक्षित हैं।
