Congress to Meet CJI Over 'Undeclared Emergency' Amid Protests

कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे ने केंद्र सरकार पर देश में अराजकता फैलाने और 'अघोषित आपातकाल' थोपने का आरोप लगाया है। उन्होंने घोषणा की कि वह और राहुल गांधी 12 अक्टूबर 2026 को शाम 4-5 बजे भारत के मुख्य न्यायाधीश से मिलेंगे और मौजूदा स्थिति को लेकर अपनी चिंताएं बताएंगे। खरगे ने कहा कि विपक्ष लोकतंत्र और संवैधानिक अधिकारों की रक्षा के लिए अपनी लड़ाई जारी रखेगा। उन्होंने हालिया विरोध प्रदर्शनों के दौरान पुलिस और सीआरपीएफ कर्मियों की भारी तैनाती पर भी सवाल उठाया और इसे सरकारी डर का संकेत बताया।
