Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar stated that illegal migrants will not be allowed to exercise their voting rights. He warned that if the Congress continues to oppose the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls, the National Register of Citizens (NRC) might be introduced to identify and deport such individuals. Addressing a public meeting in Nirmal, Kumar also accused Congress leaders of spreading misinformation about the revision process. He asserted that the BJP is committed to ensuring fair electoral practices and national security.

केंद्रीय गृह राज्य मंत्री बंदी संजय कुमार ने कहा है कि अवैध प्रवासियों को वोट देने का अधिकार नहीं मिलेगा। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि अगर कांग्रेस ने चुनावी रोल के विशेष गहन संशोधन का विरोध जारी रखा, तो ऐसे लोगों की पहचान कर उन्हें निर्वासित करने के लिए राष्ट्रीय नागरिक रजिस्टर (NRC) लाया जा सकता है। निर्मल में एक जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए, कुमार ने कांग्रेस नेताओं पर संशोधन प्रक्रिया के बारे में गलत सूचना फैलाने का भी आरोप लगाया। उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा कि भाजपा निष्पक्ष चुनावी प्रथाओं और राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
