Telangana CM's Lord Ram, Shiva remarks spark row

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has ignited a political debate with his remarks on Lord Ram and Lord Shiva. Speaking in Delhi, he stated that Shiva is the god of the poor, while Ram is the god of the rich. Reddy also suggested that the BJP, being a party of the wealthy, exclusively chants 'Jai Shri Ram'. He further claimed that Dravidians are the Aryans of this land and are devotees of Shiva, contrasting them with Ram's followers.

तेलंगाना के मुख्यमंत्री रेवंत रेड्डी ने भगवान राम और भगवान शिव पर अपनी टिप्पणियों से राजनीतिक बहस छेड़ दी है। दिल्ली में बोलते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि शिव गरीबों के देवता हैं, जबकि राम अमीरों के देवता हैं। रेड्डी ने यह भी सुझाव दिया कि बीजेपी, अमीरों की पार्टी होने के नाते, विशेष रूप से 'जय श्री राम' का नारा लगाती है। उन्होंने आगे दावा किया कि द्रविड़ इस भूमि के आर्य हैं और शिव के भक्त हैं, उनकी तुलना राम के अनुयायियों से की।
