Andhra Pradesh's power utilities have been placed on high alert due to a potential cyclone threat from a low-pressure system in the Bay of Bengal. Special Chief Secretary K Vijayanand has directed utilities to prepare for emergencies, protect infrastructure, and ensure swift power restoration. Officials are instructed to monitor weather, position restoration teams in vulnerable areas, and restrict leave for key personnel.

बंगाल की खाड़ी में निम्न दबाव प्रणाली से संभावित चक्रवात के खतरे को देखते हुए आंध्र प्रदेश की पावर यूटिलिटीज को हाई अलर्ट पर रखा गया है। स्पेशल चीफ सेक्रेटरी के विजयानंद ने यूटिलिटीज को आपात स्थिति के लिए तैयार रहने, बुनियादी ढांचे की सुरक्षा करने और बिजली बहाली सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया है। अधिकारियों को मौसम की निगरानी करने, संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में बहाली टीमों को तैनात करने और प्रमुख कर्मियों की छुट्टी प्रतिबंधित करने का निर्देश दिया गया है।
