Pune Techie Dies by Suicide; Husband and Four Relatives Booked

A 33-year-old IT professional in Pune died by suicide on September 29, allegedly due to harassment by her husband and in-laws. Police have booked five family members, including her husband, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, and grandmother-in-law, for abetment to suicide. The woman's father filed the complaint after finding a suicide note and audio recordings on her phone. The note reportedly stated she was ending her life due to harassment over financial demands, including a flat and her sister-in-law's education loan. The sister-in-law has been arrested.

पुणे में 33 साल की एक IT प्रोफेशनल ने 29 सितंबर को कथित तौर पर अपने पति और ससुराल वालों द्वारा परेशान किए जाने के कारण खुदकुशी कर ली। पुलिस ने उसके पति, सास, ससुर, ननद और नानी सास सहित पांच लोगों के खिलाफ आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने का मामला दर्ज किया है। महिला के पिता ने उसके फोन पर सुसाइड नोट और ऑडियो रिकॉर्डिंग मिलने के बाद शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी। नोट में कथित तौर पर कहा गया था कि वह फ्लैट और ननद के एजुकेशन लोन जैसी वित्तीय मांगों से परेशान होकर अपनी जान ले रही है। ननद को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है।
