Shiv Sena Activist Protests Stray Dog Menace

A Shiv Sena (UBT) activist in Nashik, Maharashtra, has been booked for releasing puppies in a municipal official's chamber to protest inaction on stray dog issues. The activist claimed over 400 stray dogs roam the area, with more than 100 residents bitten monthly. Leader Aaditya Thackeray expressed distress over the puppies' handling, warning against such methods despite acknowledging the protest's intent. Police registered cases for obstructing a public servant and animal cruelty.

महाराष्ट्र के नासिक में एक शिव सेना (यूबीटी) कार्यकर्ता पर नगर निगम के अधिकारी के चैंबर में पिल्लों को छोड़ने का मामला दर्ज हुआ है। कार्यकर्ता ने आवारा कुत्तों की समस्या पर कार्रवाई न होने का विरोध किया। उसने बताया कि इलाके में 400 से ज़्यादा आवारा कुत्ते हैं और हर महीने 100 से ज़्यादा लोग काटे जाते हैं। आदित्य ठाकरे ने पिल्लों की हालत पर चिंता जताई और ऐसे तरीकों को गलत बताया।
