Wangchuk Continues Fast, Abdullah Criticizes Centre

Sonam Wangchuk's hunger strike continues as the Leh Apex Body postpones a Delhi visit. Jammu and Kashmir CM Omar Abdullah has accused the Centre of double standards, questioning why Ladakh is being considered for Article 371-like safeguards while denying statehood to J&K. Abdullah also alleged that the BJP attempted to poach an NC MLA.

वांगचुक का अनशन जारी, अब्दुल्ला ने केंद्र की आलोचना की

सोनम वांगचुक का अनशन जारी है, वहीं लेह एपेक्स बॉडी ने दिल्ली का दौरा टाल दिया है। जम्मू-कश्मीर के सीएम उमर अब्दुल्ला ने केंद्र पर दोहरे मापदंड अपनाने का आरोप लगाया है। उन्होंने सवाल उठाया कि जब जम्मू-कश्मीर को राज्य का दर्जा नहीं दिया जा रहा, तो लद्दाख को आर्टिकल 371 जैसे सुरक्षा उपाय क्यों दिए जा रहे हैं। अब्दुल्ला ने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि बीजेपी ने नेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस के एक विधायक को तोड़ने की कोशिश की।
