Telangana Minister Announces Indiramma Housing Towers In Four Corporations

Telangana Revenue Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy announced plans to construct ground plus five storey Indiramma Housing towers in Warangal, Nalgonda, Nizamabad, and Karimnagar Municipal Corporations. Notifications for these housing units are expected by Deepavali. The state government has already approved 4.5 lakh houses for rural areas under the Indramma Housing scheme's first phase, with many completed and others under construction. For urban areas, the government will build housing towers on government lands, with one lakh units approved. The minister urged officials to celebrate Deepavali with beneficiaries in completed houses.

तेलंगाना के राजस्व मंत्री पोंगुलेटी श्रीनिवास रेड्डी ने वारंगल, नलगोंडा, निजामाबाद और करीमनगर नगर निगमों में ग्राउंड प्लस पांच मंजिला इंदिराम्मा हाउसिंग टावर बनाने की योजना की घोषणा की। इन आवास इकाइयों के लिए दीपावली तक सूचनाएं जारी होने की उम्मीद है। राज्य सरकार ने पहले ही इंदिराम्मा आवास योजना के पहले चरण के तहत ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के लिए 4.5 लाख घर मंजूर कर दिए हैं, जिनमें से कई पूरे हो चुके हैं और अन्य निर्माणाधीन हैं। शहरी क्षेत्रों के लिए, सरकार सरकारी भूमि पर आवास टावर बनाएगी, जिसके लिए एक लाख इकाइयां मंजूर की गई हैं। मंत्री ने अधिकारियों से दीपावली लाभार्थियों के साथ पूरे हुए घरों में मनाने का आग्रह किया।
