Maharashtra FDA Commissioner T. Munde has responded to Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut's allegations of extortion. Munde stated that he has not received any specific complaints or evidence, such as audio or video recordings, to investigate claims of officials demanding money. He clarified that any disciplinary actions taken against officials were for unrelated matters. Raut had alleged that FDA officials were extorting businesses by threatening to cancel licenses, with amounts allegedly increasing after Munde took charge.
