India's FDI Reaches $843 Billion In 12 Years

India has achieved its highest-ever annual FDI inflow of $94.53 billion in 2025-26, with cumulative FDI reaching $843 billion between 2014 and 2026. Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal highlighted these figures, noting that Production Linked Incentive schemes have attracted ₹2.40 trillion in investment and generated over 14.6 lakh jobs. Sectors like electronics, pharmaceuticals, and automobiles have significantly benefited. The government is also establishing industrial smart cities and implementing ease of doing business reforms to foster manufacturing and attract further investment.

साल 2025-26 में भारत में अब तक का सबसे ज़्यादा $94.53 बिलियन का FDI आया है। 2014 से 2026 तक कुल FDI $843 बिलियन हो गया है। कॉमर्स मिनिस्टर Piyush Goyal ने बताया कि PLI स्कीम्स से ₹2.40 ट्रिलियन का निवेश आया और 14.6 लाख से ज़्यादा नौकरियां मिलीं। इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, फार्मा और ऑटोमोबाइल जैसे सेक्टरों को खूब फायदा हुआ है। सरकार मैन्युफैक्चरिंग को बढ़ावा देने और और निवेश लाने के लिए इंडस्ट्रियल स्मार्ट सिटी बना रही है और व्यापार को आसान बनाने के उपाय कर रही है।
