The highly anticipated Drishyam 3 has reportedly failed to capture the suspense that made its predecessors memorable. While Ajay Devgn, Tabu, and other familiar characters return, the film lacks the edge-of-your-seat tension. Unlike the first two parts, where every detail mattered and kept audiences guessing, the third installment often feels predictable. Viewers find themselves anticipating plot developments rather than being surprised, leading to a sense of disappointment. काफी इंतज़ार के बाद आई दृश्यम 3 से वो सस्पेंस नहीं बन पाया जिसने इसके पिछले भागों को यादगार बनाया था। अजय देवगन, तब्बू और दूसरे जाने-पहचाने किरदार तो वापस आ गए हैं, लेकिन फिल्म में वो धारदार टेंशन की कमी है। पहली दो कड़ियों के उलट, जहाँ हर छोटी बात मायने रखती थी और दर्शकों को सोचने पर मजबूर करती थी, तीसरी कड़ी अक्सर अनुमान लगाने लायक लगती है। दर्शक हैरान होने के बजाय कहानी के अगले मोड़ का अंदाज़ा लगाते हुए पाते हैं, जिससे निराशा होती है। फिल्म का डायलॉग, "मदिरा पीकर सो गए... छी-छी-छी," एक तरह से फीके अंत के पूरे एहसास को दर्शाता है।
