Bhartiya Urban, in partnership with Alpine, has launched Nikoo Homes 9, a new real estate project in North Bengaluru. The joint venture plans to invest over ₹1,000 crore in the development, which will be built on 13 acres of freehold land. The project will feature 1,584 residential units across two phases, along with a 40,000-square-foot retail and commercial centre. Nikoo Homes 9 aims to offer a comprehensive living ecosystem combining homes, wellness, recreation, retail, and nature, responding to evolving consumer expectations in the growing North Bengaluru corridor.

भारतीय अर्बन ने अल्पाइन के साथ मिलकर उत्तरी बेंगलुरु में एक नया रियल एस्टेट प्रोजेक्ट, निकू होम्स 9 लॉन्च किया है। इस संयुक्त उद्यम की योजना इस विकास में ₹1,000 करोड़ से ज़्यादा का निवेश करने की है, जो 13 एकड़ फ्रीहोल्ड ज़मीन पर बनाया जाएगा। इस प्रोजेक्ट में दो चरणों में 1,584 आवासीय इकाइयां होंगी, साथ ही 40,000 वर्ग फुट का रिटेल और कमर्शियल सेंटर भी होगा। निकू होम्स 9 का लक्ष्य घरों, वेलनेस, मनोरंजन, रिटेल और प्रकृति को मिलाकर एक व्यापक लिविंग इकोसिस्टम पेश करना है, जो बढ़ते उत्तरी बेंगलुरु कॉरिडोर में उपभोक्ताओं की बदलती अपेक्षाओं को पूरा करेगा।
