Michael Dell is investing $406 million in South Korea's SK Group by purchasing shares from chairman Chey Tae-won. This deal involves an investment fund linked to Dell buying a 1.34% stake in SK Inc for 544 billion won. The sale is part of Chey Tae-won's strategy to raise funds for a divorce settlement. He plans to sell shares worth 944 billion won to his former wife. Dell Technologies has existing business ties with SK Hynix, a memory chipmaking unit of SK Group.
