NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell Addresses Jay-Z Super Bowl LXI Rumors

Times of India · sports

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell has responded to widespread speculation that Jay-Z will headline the Super Bowl LXI halftime show. Reports suggested the hip-hop icon selected himself for the performance, despite his company Roc Nation partnering with the league to choose performers since 2019. Goodell stated that the NFL has not made any official announcement regarding the halftime show. Jay-Z, who has never headlined the show himself, has significant influence over its production. Super Bowl LXI is scheduled for February 14, 2027, in Inglewood, California.
