Godrej Family Buys 1% Stake

Four members of the Godrej family acquired a 1 per cent stake in Godrej Consumer Products for over Rs 900 crore on Thursday. The buyers included Nadir Burjor Godrej and Adi Godrej's children, who purchased 1,02,30,000 shares. These shares were bought from two promoter group entities, Godrej Industries and Godrej Seeds & Genetics Ltd. The transactions, conducted through block deals at an average price of Rs 880 per share, will not change.

गुरुवार को गोडरेज परिवार के चार सदस्यों ने गोडरेज कंज्यूमर प्रोडक्ट्स में 1 फीसदी हिस्सेदारी खरीदी है। यह डील 900 करोड़ रुपये से ज़्यादा की है। इसमें नादिर बुजोर गोडरेज और आदि गोडरेज के बच्चे शामिल हैं, जिन्होंने 1,02,30,000 शेयर खरीदे। ये शेयर गोडरेज इंडस्ट्रीज और गोडरेज सीड्स एंड जेनेटिक्स लिमिटेड से खरीदे गए हैं। यह डील ब्लॉक डील के ज़रिए हुई है।
