Following an inspection that revealed numerous shortcomings, the commissioner mandated strict discipline, including 100% attendance for all staff and GPS-based monitoring. He also emphasized strengthening the reception system with round-the-clock volunteers to assist patients and visitors. Shortages of essential supplies were highlighted, with directions to pursue procurement and ensure internal provision of medicines and diagnostics. The commissioner assured support for infrastructure projects and directed the digitisation of records.

प्रयागराज मंडल की कमिश्नर लोकेश एम ने SRN हॉस्पिटल में बड़े सुधार का आदेश दिया है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों से स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं और मरीजों की सुविधाओं को बेहतर बनाने को कहा है। निरीक्षण में कई कमियां मिलने के बाद, कमिश्नर ने 100% हाजिरी और GPS से निगरानी समेत सख्त अनुशासन लागू करने का निर्देश दिया है। उन्होंने मरीजों और आगंतुकों की मदद के लिए 24 घंटे स्वयंसेवकों के साथ रिसेप्शन सिस्टम को मजबूत करने पर भी जोर दिया। ज़रूरी सामानों की कमी को उजागर किया गया, जिसके लिए खरीददारी करने और दवाओं व जांचों की आंतरिक व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए। कमिश्नर ने इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर प्रोजेक्ट्स के लिए समर्थन का आश्वासन दिया और रिकॉर्ड को डिजिटल करने का निर्देश दिया।
