Woman Awarded Rs 35,000 For Incorrect Diet Plan

A consumer forum in Mumbai has ordered a clinic to pay Rs 35,000 to a woman who was provided a generic diet plan instead of a personalised one. The woman had paid Rs 10,000 for the service. The forum ruled that the clinic failed to deliver the promised service, causing mental distress and financial loss.

मुंबई के एक कंज्यूमर फोरम ने एक क्लिनिक को आदेश दिया है कि वह एक महिला को 35,000 रुपये दे। महिला को क्लिनिक ने पर्सनलाइज्ड डाइट प्लान की जगह जेनेरिक प्लान दिया था। इस सर्विस के लिए महिला ने 10,000 रुपये दिए थे। फोरम ने कहा कि क्लिनिक ने वादा की गई सर्विस नहीं दी, जिससे महिला को मानसिक परेशानी और आर्थिक नुकसान हुआ।
