HC Orders School Safety Panels, Regular DM Reviews

The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad high court has ordered Uttar Pradesh authorities to establish functional school transport safety committees in every school. It also directed regular meetings of district school vehicle safety committees, headed by the district magistrate. The court noted that many school vans operate without required permits and that school-level safety committees are not functioning. These directives aim to strengthen the safety framework for schoolchildren across the state.

हाई कोर्ट ने स्कूल सुरक्षा समितियों और नियमित डीएम समीक्षाओं का आदेश दिया

इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट की लखनऊ बेंच ने उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार को हर स्कूल में स्कूल ट्रांसपोर्ट सेफ्टी कमेटियां बनाने का आदेश दिया है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि कई स्कूल वैन बिना परमिट के चल रही हैं और स्कूल स्तर की कमेटियां ठीक से काम नहीं कर रही हैं। डीएम की अध्यक्षता वाली जिला स्कूल वाहन सुरक्षा कमेटियों की नियमित बैठकें भी होंगी। इसका मकसद बच्चों की सुरक्षा को बेहतर बनाना है।
