MCC Worker Attacked While Removing Illegal Flex Banners in Mysuru

A contract worker for the Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) was attacked and sustained stab injuries while removing unauthorized flex banners on October 4 night. The incident occurred at FTS Circle in the N.R. Assembly constituency. The worker, Raghu, was taken to K.R. Hospital and is now recovering. Two individuals have been arrested in connection with the assault. This event follows the MCC's decision to launch a special drive against illegal banners ahead of the Mysuru Dasara festivities, a directive also emphasized by the Chief Minister.

मैसूर सिटी कॉर्पोरेशन (MCC) के एक कॉन्ट्रैक्ट कर्मचारी पर 4 अक्टूबर की रात को अनधिकृत फ्लेक्स बैनर हटाते समय हमला किया गया और चाकू से घायल हो गए। यह घटना एन.आर. विधानसभा क्षेत्र के एफटीएस सर्कल में हुई। कर्मचारी, रघु, को के.आर. अस्पताल ले जाया गया और अब वह ठीक हो रहे हैं। हमले के संबंध में दो लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है। यह घटना मैसूर दशहरा उत्सव से पहले अवैध बैनरों के खिलाफ एक विशेष अभियान शुरू करने के एमसीडी के फैसले के बाद हुई है, जिस पर मुख्यमंत्री ने भी जोर दिया था।
