A 32-year-old YouTuber from Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar district was discovered hanging in a guesthouse room in Roorkee. The influencer, Atif Irshad, had approximately four lakh followers across social media platforms. Police reported that Irshad had an argument with his girlfriend before travelling to Piran Kaliyar and checking into the guesthouse. He reportedly informed the woman via video call that he intended to end his life, prompting her to alert his family, who then contacted the police.

उत्तर प्रदेश के मुजफ्फरनगर जिले के 32 वर्षीय YouTuber को रुड़की के एक गेस्ट हाउस के कमरे में लटका हुआ पाया गया। इन्फ्लुएंसर, आतिफ इरशाद, के सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म पर लगभग चार लाख फॉलोअर्स थे। पुलिस ने बताया कि पिरान कलियर जाने और गेस्ट हाउस में चेक इन करने से पहले इरशाद की अपनी प्रेमिका से बहस हुई थी। उसने कथित तौर पर महिला को वीडियो कॉल के जरिए सूचित किया था कि वह अपनी जान लेने का इरादा रखता है, जिसके बाद उसने उसके परिवार को सतर्क किया, जिन्होंने फिर पुलिस से संपर्क किया।
