SC Reserves Order On Abu Salem's Release Plea

The Supreme Court has reserved its order on a plea filed by Abu Salem, convicted in the 1993 Mumbai blasts case, seeking premature release. Salem's plea is based on the contention that his sentence should end as per the Portuguese government's assurance. The court heard arguments from both sides before reserving its decision.

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 1993 मुंबई बम धमाकों के दोषी अबू सलेम की समय से पहले रिहाई की अर्जी पर अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रख लिया है। सलेम का कहना है कि पुर्तगाली सरकार के आश्वासन के अनुसार उसकी सज़ा पूरी हो जानी चाहिए। कोर्ट ने दोनों पक्षों की दलीलें सुनने के बाद यह फैसला सुरक्षित किया है।
