He aims to present these tales with a grander vision in his upcoming film 'Varanasi,' starring Mahesh Babu. A significant sequence in the movie will be inspired by the Ramayana, featuring Mahesh Babu as Lord Rama. The film, also starring Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Prithviraj Sukumaran, is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on April 7, 2027.
