Smartworks Secures Rs 305 Crore in Office Rent From New Corporate Clients

Realty firm Smartworks Coworking Spaces Ltd announced it will receive Rs 305 crore in rental income from new corporate clients over the next five years. The company has signed new leasing agreements with large corporate clients across multiple cities, adding to its contracted rental revenue. Smartworks provides managed office spaces to mid-to-large enterprises and partners with developers to create enterprise-grade campuses. The firm has a significant portfolio of 16.9 million square feet across 70 centres in India and Singapore.
