सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा है कि वह अनिल धीरूभाई अंबानी ग्रुप (ADAG) लोन धोखाधड़ी मामले में किसी भी व्यक्ति की गिरफ्तारी का आदेश नहीं दे सकता। यह तब कहा गया जब यह दलील दी गई कि केवल निचले स्तर के अधिकारियों को ही गिरफ्तार किया गया है। कोर्ट ने जोर देकर कहा कि गिरफ्तारी का आदेश देना उसका काम नहीं है।
