Srimukhalingam Temple Priest Flags Poor Sanitation and Road Damage

The chief priest of Srimukhalingam temple has raised concerns about poor sanitation and the presence of stray dogs on the temple premises, attributing the issues to a lack of supervision by the Archaeological Survey of India. He also submitted a memorandum to the District Collector regarding these problems. Additionally, a representation was made to the Lokayukta concerning the poor condition of a newly laid road near the temple and the Vamsadhara river flood bank.

श्रीमुखलिंगम मंदिर के मुख्य पुजारी ने मंदिर परिसर में खराब सफाई व्यवस्था और आवारा कुत्तों की मौजूदगी को लेकर चिंता जताई है, जिसका कारण उन्होंने भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण (Archaeological Survey of India) की ओर से पर्यवेक्षण की कमी को बताया है। उन्होंने इन समस्याओं को लेकर जिला कलेक्टर (District Collector) को एक ज्ञापन भी सौंपा। इसके अलावा, मंदिर के पास हाल ही में बिछाई गई सड़क और वमसाधारा नदी के बाढ़ तटबंध की खराब स्थिति के संबंध में लोकायुक्त (Lokayukta) से भी एक अभ्यावेदन किया गया।
