Pakistan MP Dares Army Chief To Contest Elections

Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has challenged Pakistan's Army Chief Asim Munir to contest elections if he wishes to engage in politics. Addressing a public gathering, Rehman stated that Munir should shed his uniform and participate in the electoral process to gauge public support.

जमीयत उलेमा-ए-इस्लाम-फ के प्रमुख मौलाना फजलुर रहमान ने पाकिस्तान के आर्मी चीफ आसिम मुनीर को चुनौती दी है कि अगर वे राजनीति में आना चाहते हैं तो चुनाव लड़ें। एक जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए रहमान ने कहा कि मुनीर को अपनी वर्दी उतारकर जनता का समर्थन जानने के लिए चुनावी प्रक्रिया में भाग लेना चाहिए।
