The Karnataka government has approved the Chamarajanagar Dasara celebrations, scheduled to 19, releasing Rs 2 crore for the event. A key attraction this year will be helicopter joyrides offering aerial views of ecotourism spots like Bandipur and BRT Tiger Reserve. The festivities will also include cultural programs, an exhibition, a flower show, and a procession of folk troupes. District Minister CS Puttarangashetty emphasized the importance of these celebrations for local folk artists and tourism.

कर्नाटक सरकार ने चामराजनगर दशहरा उत्सव को मंजूरी दे दी है, जो 19 तारीख को होना तय है। इस आयोजन के लिए 2 करोड़ रुपये जारी किए गए हैं। इस साल एक खास आकर्षण हेलीकॉप्टर जॉयराइड होंगे, जिनसे बांदीपुर और बीआरटी टाइगर रिजर्व जैसे इको-टूरिज्म स्थलों के हवाई नज़ारे देखने को मिलेंगे। उत्सव में सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम, एक प्रदर्शनी, एक फूलों की प्रदर्शनी और लोक दलों का जुलूस भी शामिल होगा। जिला मंत्री सीएस पुत्तरंगशेट्टी ने स्थानीय लोक कलाकारों और पर्यटन के लिए इन उत्सवों के महत्व पर जोर दिया।
