Lucknow University VC Withdraws Mess Ban After Inspection, Asks Students to Oversee Cooking

Lucknow University vice chancellor Prof JP Saini has withdrawn the order to stop mess operations at Kailash Girls’ Hostel after a surprise inspection. The initial order was issued due to hygiene concerns. Following requests from the students, the VC revoked the ban and directed the inmates to create a schedule for overseeing cooking and ensuring quality and hygiene. He also inspected Homi Jehangir Bhabha Hostel, interacting with students and appreciating the food. The university administration is committed to student welfare and development.

लखनऊ यूनिवर्सिटी के वाइस चांसलर प्रो. जेपी सैनी ने कैलाश गर्ल्स हॉस्टल में मेस संचालन रोकने का आदेश वापस ले लिया है। यह आदेश अचानक निरीक्षण के बाद आया। शुरू में यह आदेश स्वच्छता संबंधी चिंताओं के कारण जारी किया गया था। छात्रों के अनुरोध के बाद, वीसी ने प्रतिबंध हटा दिया और वहां रहने वाली छात्राओं को खाना पकाने की निगरानी करने और गुणवत्ता और स्वच्छता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक कार्यक्रम बनाने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने होमी जहांगीर भाभा हॉस्टल का भी निरीक्षण किया, छात्रों से बातचीत की और खाने की सराहना की। विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन छात्र कल्याण और विकास के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
