Russia's top military officials have reported that approximately 1,700 Ukrainian troops are currently encircled in the Kharkov Region. Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces claim to have inflicted significant losses on the enemy. These losses reportedly include up to 40 troops, one armored combat vehicle, two pickup trucks, and three quad bikes.
