Mumbai Court Denies Bail to Accused in Baba Siddique Murder Case

The court stated that his absence from the crime scene does not exclude him from conspiracy charges. मुंबई की एक विशेष अदालत ने आदित्य गुलंकर की जमानत याचिका खारिज कर दी है, जिस पर एनसीपी नेता बाबा सिद्दीकी की हत्या में मदद करने का आरोप है। अदालत ने कहा कि अपराध स्थल से उसकी अनुपस्थिति उसे साजिश के आरोपों से बाहर नहीं करती है। अभियोजन द्वारा प्रस्तुत साक्ष्य बताते हैं कि गुलंकर का साजिश में शामिल एक संगठित अपराध सिंडिकेट से प्रथम दृष्टया संबंध है।
