Bombay HC Seeks ED View on Mallya Plea

The Bombay high court has asked the ED for its view on a 2020 petition filed by businessman Vijay Mallya. Mallya's lawyer stated the petition, challenging asset seizures, is now redundant. The court observed that the prolonged dispute over recovering dues from Mallya needs to be concluded.

बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने ED से विजय माल्या की 2020 की याचिका पर उनका पक्ष पूछा है। माल्या के वकील ने कहा कि संपत्ति जब्त करने को चुनौती देने वाली यह याचिका अब बेकार हो गई है। कोर्ट ने कहा कि माल्या से बकाया वसूली का यह लंबा विवाद अब खत्म होना चाहिए।
