Online fashion retailer Myntra has created over 26,000 seasonal jobs for its upcoming Big Fashion Festival in October, more than doubling last year's workforce. The roles span fulfilment, delivery, and customer service, with 350 positions for differently-abled individuals and 30% of the fulfilment centre workforce being women. This expansion aims to serve millions of shoppers during the anticipated fashion event, strengthening Myntra's capacity for faster deliveries.
