LIC Managing Director Dinesh Pant has resigned from his post eight months before his term was set to end in May 2027. He submitted a voluntary retirement application to the government, which has been accepted. Pant joined LIC as MD, and has spent a significant portion of his 30-year career with the company. He played a key role in preparing for LIC's IPO in 2022 and worked across various sectors including actuarial services and investment.

एलआईसी के मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर दिनेश पंत ने अपना पद छोड़ दिया है। उनका कार्यकाल मई 2027 में खत्म होने वाला था, लेकिन उन्होंने आठ महीने पहले ही वीआरएस ले लिया है। सरकार ने उनका यह आवेदन स्वीकार कर लिया है। पंत ने एलआईसी में एमडी के तौर पर काम किया और अपने 30 साल के करियर का बड़ा हिस्सा इसी कंपनी को दिया। उन्होंने 2022 में एलआईसी के आईपीओ की तैयारी में अहम भूमिका निभाई थी।
