Mysuru City police have extended traffic and parking restrictions due to the extended Dasara illumination for 2026. The regulations will be in effect daily from 3 PM to midnight to ensure smooth traffic flow and public safety. Police Chief Seema Latkar issued the order, implementing one-way traffic systems around Mysuru Palace and other key areas. Parking is prohibited on several major roads to prevent congestion. Motorists are urged to follow traffic signs and cooperate with authorities.

मैसूर शहर की पुलिस ने 2026 के लिए दशहरे की रोशनी के विस्तार के कारण यातायात और पार्किंग प्रतिबंधों को बढ़ा दिया है। सुचारू यातायात प्रवाह और सार्वजनिक सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के लिए ये नियम हर दिन दोपहर 3 बजे से आधी रात तक लागू रहेंगे। पुलिस प्रमुख सीमा लाटकर ने आदेश जारी किया, जिसमें मैसूर पैलेस और अन्य प्रमुख क्षेत्रों के आसपास एक-तरफ़ा यातायात प्रणाली लागू की गई। भीड़भाड़ को रोकने के लिए कई प्रमुख सड़कों पर पार्किंग प्रतिबंधित है। वाहन चालकों से यातायात संकेतों का पालन करने और अधिकारियों के साथ सहयोग करने का आग्रह किया जाता है।
