Connaught Place Central Park Shut Ahead of CJP March

New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) has announced the closure of Connaught Place's Central Park on October 16 and 17, citing administrative reasons. This decision comes just before the CJP planned "Lehra do Tiranga" march on Friday. CJP founder Abhijit Dipke appealed for public participation in the march, emphasizing the need to protect democracy and the right to vote. The march follows the arrest of CJP leaders who were protesting at Jantar Mantar, which has recently been denotified as a protest site.
