CIEL HR Reports 19% Profit Growth and 27% Revenue Increase in H1 FY27

CIEL HR Group has announced a 27% year-on-year increase in revenue for the first half of the 2027 financial year. Profit after tax (PAT) saw a significant rise of 19.3% YoY, reaching Rs 13.7 crore. The company's EBITDA also grew by 31% YoY to Rs 32 crore, with margins expanding slightly. This growth is attributed to continued enterprise investment in workforce transformation, digital HR, and AI adoption. Executive Chairperson Pandiarajan highlighted disciplined scaling and a focus on productivity for future bottom-line strengthening.

CIEL HR Group ने 2027 के वित्तीय वर्ष की पहली छमाही के लिए राजस्व में 27% साल-दर-साल वृद्धि की घोषणा की है। कर पश्चात लाभ (PAT) में 19.3% की महत्वपूर्ण साल-दर-साल वृद्धि हुई, जो 13.7 करोड़ रुपये तक पहुँच गया। कंपनी के EBITDA में भी 31% की साल-दर-साल वृद्धि होकर 32 करोड़ रुपये हो गया, और मार्जिन में थोड़ी वृद्धि हुई। इस वृद्धि का श्रेय वर्कफ़ोर्स ट्रांसफ़ॉर्मेशन, डिजिटल HR और AI अपनाने में लगातार एंटरप्राइज़ निवेश को दिया गया है। कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष Pandiarajan ने भविष्य में बॉटम-लाइन को मजबूत करने के लिए अनुशासित स्केलिंग और उत्पादकता पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने पर प्रकाश डाला।
