Varun Beverages' Kiva Spirits in talks to buy

Varun Beverages' spirits arm, Kiva Spirits, is reportedly in advanced discussions to acquire Alcobrew, a spirits maker. The deal is estimated to be valued between ₹2,000 crore and ₹2,500 crore. While talks are progressing, the final structure and terms of the acquisition are yet to be determined.
