बॉम्बे हाई कोर्ट ने बर्खास्त पुलिस अधिकारी सचिन वाजे को एंटीलिया बम धमकी और मनसुख हिरन हत्या के मामलों में निचली अदालत से मिली जमानत के आदेश पर रोक लगा दी है। नेशनल इन्वेस्टिगेशन एजेंसी (NIA) ने जमानत के खिलाफ अपील की थी, जिसके बाद हाई कोर्ट ने हस्तक्षेप किया। सुनवाई 7 अक्टूबर तक के लिए टाल दी गई है, और तब तक जमानत आदेश अप्रवर्तनीय रहेगा। कई जजों ने संबंधित मामलों में पूर्व में शामिल होने के कारण अपील सुनने से खुद को अलग कर लिया था।
