Man Shot Over Land Dispute Dies; Relative Accused

A 45-year-old man has died during treatment after being shot in the jaw over a land sale dispute in Unnao, Uttar Pradesh. The deceased, Kanhaiya Lal, was allegedly shot by two individuals on a two-wheeler. His son stated that the dispute involved a land deal worth Rs 6 lakh with a relative, Nagendra, who had initially paid an advance but later demanded the money back with interest. An FIR has been registered against Nagendra and his associates for attempt to murder.

उत्तर प्रदेश के उन्नाव में ज़मीन की बिक्री के विवाद में जबड़े में गोली लगने के बाद इलाज के दौरान 45 वर्षीय व्यक्ति की मौत हो गई। मृतक, कन्हैया लाल, पर कथित तौर पर दो लोगों ने दो-पहिया वाहन पर सवार होकर गोली चलाई थी। मृतक के बेटे ने बताया कि विवाद 6 लाख रुपये के ज़मीन सौदे से जुड़ा था जिसमें एक रिश्तेदार, नागेंद्र, ने शुरू में कुछ पैसे एडवांस के तौर पर दिए थे लेकिन बाद में ब्याज सहित पैसे वापस मांगे। नागेंद्र और उसके साथियों के खिलाफ हत्या के प्रयास का मामला दर्ज किया गया है।
