Elon Musk's SpaceX is suing Grimes County, Texas, to prevent the release of public records related to its proposed Terafab project. The company argues that disclosing information on tax abatements, negotiations, technical details, and costs could cause substantial competitive harm. SpaceX filed a lawsuit in Travis County, naming the Texas Attorney General and Grimes County as defendants. This action follows public records requests made in June by local citizens and a resident.
