कोर्ट ने पुणे गणेशोत्सव में शराब बंदी पर सवाल उठाए

पुणे में गणेशोत्सव के दौरान शराब पर लगी पाबंदी पर कोर्ट ने सवाल उठाए हैं। कोर्ट ने पूछा कि सिर्फ पुणे को ही क्यों निशाना बनाया गया। बेंच ने कहा कि ऐसे प्रतिबंधों का कानून-व्यवस्था से कोई सीधा संबंध नहीं दिखता। कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि शराब न मिलने पर आदतन पीने वालों को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराना पड़ सकता है। कोर्ट ने पुणे में ही शराबबंदी के पीछे की वजह पूछी है।
