The exchange now opens at 3:15 am IST and closes at 2:45 am the next day, allowing participants to access global trading hours and manage exposures across time zones. This move coincides with surging volumes, as GIFT Nifty contracts saw a turnover of $120.45 billion in October. NSEIX aims to create a globally accessible marketplace from GIFT City.
