Northern Railway Holds OHE Skill Excellence Competition

Northern Railway organized the OHE Skill Excellence Competition - 2026 across all 84 OHE depots in September 2026 to enhance skills in OHE maintenance and breakdown restoration. The competition focused on critical OHE activities like wire splicing and insulator replacement, fostering practical skills and teamwork among employees. The final ceremony saw the General Manager, Rajesh Kumar Pandey, awarding trophies and medals to divisional teams. Ambala Division secured first place, followed by Lucknow and Delhi divisions, highlighting Northern Railway's commitment to operational safety and technical expertise.

नॉर्दर्न रेलवे ने सितंबर 2026 में ओएचई रखरखाव और ब्रेकडाउन बहाली में कौशल बढ़ाने के लिए अपने सभी 84 ओएचई डिपो में ओएचई स्किल एक्सीलेंस प्रतियोगिता - 2026 का आयोजन किया। प्रतियोगिता ने वायर स्प्लिसिंग और इंसुलेटर रिप्लेसमेंट जैसी महत्वपूर्ण ओएचई गतिविधियों पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया, जिससे कर्मचारियों के बीच व्यावहारिक कौशल और टीम वर्क को बढ़ावा मिला। अंतिम समारोह में महाप्रबंधक राजेश कुमार पांडे ने मंडलीय टीमों को ट्राफियां और पदक प्रदान किए। अंबाला डिवीजन ने पहला स्थान हासिल किया, इसके बाद लखनऊ और दिल्ली डिवीजन रहे, जिसने परिचालन सुरक्षा और तकनीकी विशेषज्ञता के प्रति नॉर्दर्न रेलवे की प्रतिबद्धता को उजागर किया।
