BJP Blames Congress For Poll Losses, Calls Rahul Gandhi A 'Slacker'

Times of India · politics

The BJP has dismissed the opposition's march demanding the Election Commissioner's ouster as frustration over continuous poll defeats. Party leaders stated that Rahul Gandhi is attempting to create chaos on the streets after failing to lead the Congress to electoral success. They accused opposition MPs of defying constitutional norms by expecting election commissioners to meet them at their protest venue. BJP asserted that the Congress's own politics and working style, not the EC, are responsible for its decades of poor electoral performance.
