Karnataka has urged Japanese companies to enhance manufacturing and technology collaborations within the state. Principal Secretary S. Selvakumar invited businesses to leverage Karnataka's skilled workforce, industrial infrastructure, and supportive policies to expand operations and build competitive supply chains. He highlighted the state's significant contributions to India's electronics, aerospace, defence, software exports, and machine-tool manufacturing sectors. The government aims to foster long-term partnerships, moving beyond mere investment attraction to create manufacturing facilities, boost exports, generate employment, and drive technology development.

कर्नाटक ने जापानी कंपनियों से राज्य में मैन्युफैक्चरिंग और टेक्नोलॉजी सहयोग बढ़ाने का आग्रह किया है। प्रधान सचिव एस. सेल्वाकुमार ने कंपनियों को कर्नाटक के कुशल कार्यबल, औद्योगिक बुनियादी ढांचे और सहायक नीतियों का लाभ उठाने के लिए आमंत्रित किया ताकि वे अपने परिचालन का विस्तार कर सकें और प्रतिस्पर्धी सप्लाई चेन बना सकें। उन्होंने राज्य के इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, एयरोस्पेस, रक्षा, सॉफ्टवेयर निर्यात और मशीन-टूल मैन्युफैक्चरिंग क्षेत्रों में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान पर प्रकाश डाला। सरकार का लक्ष्य केवल निवेश आकर्षित करने से आगे बढ़कर दीर्घकालिक साझेदारी को बढ़ावा देना है, जिससे मैन्युफैक्चरिंग सुविधाएं स्थापित हों, निर्यात बढ़े, रोजगार पैदा हो और टेक्नोलॉजी विकास को गति मिले।
